Everything in one pair of hands
Angular, Java, queues and the database in one team. Fewer hand-offs, no "not our part", faster decisions.
Software delivered on time.
Zysoft designs, builds and runs web systems for companies where downtime costs money: banks, asset managers, insurers and manufacturers. Angular on the front end, Java and Spring Boot on the back end, microservices, event streaming and the cloud. From discovery to production.

## why.md
Zysoft brings more than seven years of work on enterprise systems that serve thousands of users every day and cannot stop. We don't split a project into front end, back end and "someone who deploys". The same team understands the screen, the SQL query and the pipeline.
Angular, Java, queues and the database in one team. Fewer hand-offs, no "not our part", faster decisions.
Banking and insurance teach discipline: audits, security scanning, high availability and migrations without losing data.
Every change goes through the pipeline. Deployment is routine, not an event, so new features reach users every week instead of every quarter.
// industries.json
Every industry has its own constraints: a regulator, systems that are twenty years old, or data from dozens of sources. This is the experience we bring to a project.
"assetManagement": {
Global content platform for a Fortune 500 company
A single monorepo for dozens of applications from every continent, developed in parallel by many teams around the clock. We move the sites of one market after another onto a single domain and brand, design their architecture after the migration and keep them running. The focus is on SEO and visibility in AI answers (GEO), with a clear rise in the brand's presence in search engines and AI assistants.
"construction": {
Custom ERP built with generative AI
A tailor-made system for a private investor in the construction and engineering industry, built by a minimal team. Our own design system on Angular Material with tokens and a component sandbox. On top of that, a framework for working with AI: rules, skills, autonomous Claude Code workflows and an MCP server for the product. The goal: the client develops the app in plain language, and the code still follows the agreed architecture, style and security rules.
"banking": {
Customer communication centre for one of the largest banks
A messaging and personalisation system for bank staff and for retail and business customers. Admin panels with advanced personalisation, and customer apps for desktop and mobile.
"insurance": {
Legacy application transformation and a policy calculator
The medical claims domain carved out of a legacy system into a new microservice, with data migration and improvements based on user feedback. A web policy calculator embedded in an existing Swing desktop application via JxBrowser.
"automotive": {
Customer feedback and analytics platform for a German automotive group
A multi-tenant application for collecting customer feedback, configuring surveys and visualising large datasets. Migration from a JSF monolith to microservices on AWS and in-house, with functional domains carved out.
"internalSystems": {
Employee skills and recruitment management
An internal application that organises what the company knows about its people's experience and streamlines recruitment. A tool used every day, so speed and simplicity matter.
export const services = {
webApps()
Angular with Signals, NgRx and Nx: admin panels, customer portals, apps that work on desktop and mobile. Material, PrimeNG or Tailwind, depending on the project. Content portals on AEM with SSR, built for SEO and visibility in AI answers.
aiAssistedDevelopment()
A framework for working with generative models for your team: rules, skills, autonomous workflows and MCP servers for your product. A design system and code standards keep AI-written code, even from people outside IT, secure and consistent with the rest of the application.
microservices()
Java 21 and Spring Boot, REST APIs, JOOQ and MyBatis. Event-driven architecture on Kafka and IBM MQ when parts of the system have to scale independently.
legacyModernization()
Carving domains out of monoliths, data migrations, replacing JSF and Swing with web applications. Step by step, so the business keeps running the whole time.
cloudAndDevOps()
AWS and Azure, Docker, Kubernetes. CI/CD pipelines for a dozen services at once, test environments and repeatable deployments.
integrations()
Message queues, REST, object storage, connecting new web applications with older desktop systems and Oracle databases.
quality()
SonarQube, Veracode, automated tests and a review of every change. A standard brought from regulated environments, available in every project.
};

## side-project.md
After hours we build our own tools. We make them for ourselves and our friends, but with the same craft as client projects: tests, a pipeline, a review of every change and care for user data.
"tripPlanner": {
A hobby app for planning trips together
Someone proposes a trip, the others answer “going”, “maybe” or “no” and vote on dates. Private groups of friends, comments, planning stages with reminders and e-mail notifications when the date or the cost changes.
Every annoyance shows up right away, because we plan our own trips in it. Daily use is the best usability test there is.
This is where we test rules, skills and agent workflows and measure how well they work before we propose them to a client. New versions of Angular and Firebase land here first, too.
Firestore security rules, App Check, deleting an account together with all its data. A hobby is no excuse for being careless with other people's data.
